REQUIREMENTS: |
Identification
Required before taking Safety Training at CSC/TC:
Trainees are REQUIRED to
present valid (legal and legitimate) form of identification
at imaging and testing. Identification must be original documents; no copies
or facsimiles
are acceptable. Valid identification means a current state driver's license
or current state ID card, or a valid federal government ID. A valid ID

a valid receipt of renewal. |

| Prerequisities
for taking site-specific training for Texas City Plant Facilities
and other Facilities associated with these Plants or other User Members
of CSC/TC that have site-specific training requirements: |
| Entry
into Texas City plant facilites (in addition to having a valid contract
with
the specific plant) requires each employee of that contractor to have
in their possession a valid Safety Council Card with valid dates for
both their Basic Plus or Basic Plus Refresher and the Site-Specific training
for facility they are entering (i.e., 07BPTC, 07BPCB, 07BPSH, 07DWTC,
07ISP, 07MO, 07SC, 07VR, etc.) |
