CSC/TC is Soliciting Nomination for CSC/TC Board of Directors --
2-Year Term (2008-20010)

In order to serve as a Director or Officer of CSC/TC, the person must be affiliated with a Member firm as an
officer, director or senior manager. No Member firm may have more than one person affiliated with it serving
on the CSC/TC Board at any one time. If for any reason a Member firm would have more than one
representative serving on the CSCTC Board, the Member firm shall choose which of its representatives
shall continue to serve on the Board. If the Member firm fails to choose, the CSC/TC Board member with
greatest seniority as a CSC/TC  Director or Officer shall continue to serve. A CSC/TC Board member who
ceases to be employed by a Member firm as director, officer or senior manger shall be deemed to have
resigned from office effective as of the date on which the persons status with the Member firm changed.

Nomination will not be accepted after May 23, 2008
