1. To begin the application process,
click the Start Member Application
button and complete all required
fields. Save the form, and you will
then begin the credit card payment
process.
2.
Once CSC/TC has processed the
application (allow up to 24
hours), you will be emailed login
information for accessing the Virtual
Safety Council (VSC).

What CSC/TC Membership gives the Contractor: |
| 1. Reduced training fees for Basic Plus, site-specific courses, and other non-facilities courses, taken at CSC/TC. See our Fee Schedule for comparison -- http://www.csctc.org/othersvc.htm |
| 2. Able to verify that your employees can take "07" facility site-specific courses through participating safety councils by using CSC/TC's web services. |
| 3. Invoicing for services provided at CSC/TC -- billed weekly. |
| 4. Training history lookup of employees - several available queries to provide up-to-date information on training. |
| 5. Online registration with available Printed Confirmation. |
| 6. Placement on email list for updates from CSC/TC or one of the Texas City facilities as to important news, changes, etc. |
| 7. Online electronic payment on open invoices - showing summary invoice with detail listing. |
| 8. Online preview of past invoices. |
| 9. Live Support online - ability to answer your questions or help you find the answer to your questions. Any time that you see the LIVE SUPPORT BUTTON show ONLINE, you can click and have the ability to ask questions of several departments. If the button shows OFFLINE, you can submit an email, and CSC/TC will respond. |

Log into the Virtural Safety Council (VSC) with the company login information, and when logged into the VSC, the application appears with prior information about the company. Please make any needed corrections before submitting the form. Payment by credit card of $250 is required for membership to be reinstated. (If you do not remember the login information, please contact CSC/TC Accounting Dept. at: 409 948 9009 x103 or x104.) |

Electronic Pre-Qualification Form (PQF) Application
CSC/TC is now making the electronic version of the Southeast Texas/Louisiana PQF available for its Contractors and Owners. The annual fee to maintain and manage the electronic PQF is $100 for members, $150 for non-members . |

1. Send email to jhartwig@csctc.org to request the link so that you can start the PQF Application. Please include the CSC/TC member number, name of PQF contact person, their email address, and telephone number. |

2. The PQF contact person will be emailed when the link is put into the VSC login page. |

3. Log into the Virtual Safety Council (VSC). Then click on the PQF link and begin the process. |

4. The member account will be invoiced the $100 fee. |
