All drivers must posses a valid drivers license to operate a vehicle inside the facility. | |
| All traffic laws and traffic signs are to be strictly observed while operating a vehicle inside the facility. Failure to observe traffic laws and signs within the facility can result in loss of driving privileges. | |
| Maximum speed limit is 15 MPH unless a lower speed limit is posted for a congested area. Pedestrians always have the right of way. | |
| All vehicles will yield the right of way to emergency vehicles. | |
| Cell phones usage is prohibited while driving, on any operating unit or the tank farm. Use of a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle can result in loss of driving privileges within the facility. | |

| No outside responders are to be called. No outside responders will be admitted to the site unless authorized and escorted by BP security. | |
All personnel must badge in and out of the site using the proximity badge issued to them. Failure to do so will result in that individual being barred from the site. |
|
| Anyone found using his or her badge to allow another employee to enter or exit the facility will be immediately removed from the site and will not be allowed to return. | |
| Contractors must have any employee hired from another contractor go to Gate 42 and to have their badge updated. | |
| All proximity badges must be returned to Security when the employee exits the gate at the end of the job. | |
| Seat belts are required for all passengers in all vehicles any time the vehicle is moving. | |
